Many Blessings

Before I get to my card, I would like to announce a big sale going on at Joan's Gardens.  She is having a three day sale for Glue Glider Products that you aren't going to want to miss.  You can purchase any Glue Glider Gun or adhesive and purchase a second one for just $1.00 and there is no limit.  This is such a fabulous sale -- I have emailed my order in to Joan.  I hope to be all set now until next year when hopefully there will be another sale like this.  Here is the link so you can check out all the Glue Glider Products she carries.

Today I created a card using the beautiful Heartfelt Creations "Open Falling Leaves Precut set" (Item HCPC 3334) and "Bold Falling Leaves Precut Set" (Item 3333).  They were cut out using the match dies "Falling Leaves Diecut (Item HCD 707)".   When you use these two stamps sets together with the die cuts it is so quick and easy to create a card.  You ink up the solid stamp with the inks you want and stamp.  Then you use the Open Falling Leaves stamp to over stamp and you have a beautiful colored leaf.  Then to cut them out you just use the matching die.  I am going to do a tutorial, hopefully next week, to show you how easy it was to color these leaves.

The frame used for this card is the Cuttlebug Brocade Window.  Love this embossing folder because it embosses and also cuts.  I used Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink to sponge over the embossed design.  The greeting is from the Heartfelt Falling Leaves stamp set. It was gold embossed on brown card stock and attached to the back of the open window.  Five leaves were arranged along the bottom of the frame using the Pro Glider Gun.  Seriously, I use this adhesive for everything.  A pretty bow and some dew drop embellishments were added to complete the card.

I have a fun announcement to make later tonight, so hope you will come back.
