2011 International Festival of Lorraine Mondyal




343 balloons rose into the sky during the festival international Lorraine Mondyal in Chambly-Byussiri in eastern France . Balloons launched from the former air base of NATO, beating the previous record of 329 balloons, set at the same festival in 2009
