Texas’ Most Expensive Super Bowl Menu

Texas' Most Expensive Super Bowl Menu

TMZ has uncovered what will be the most expensive Super Bowl menu in Texas, where the Green Bay Packers will play the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.

The menu, catered by Legends Hospitality Management and served to the wealthy occupants of an Arlington suite, will include three shifts as well as unlimited beer, wine and soda. The theme of the menu is “comfort food.”
Pre-game, the football fans will be served house made spiced kettle chips with French onion dip, jalapeno white cheddar and texas pecan kettle popcorn, winter fruit, beef tenderloin, fruits and nuts, southern chicken salad, and mini Kaiser rolls.
After kick off, the menu includes organic citrus salad, organic greens with Texas ruby red grapefruit, hearts of palm with black pepper croutons, Texas slow smoked brisket, a truffled macaroni and cheese bar, chopped tomatoes, apple smoked bacon, bourbon ham, Dublin barbecue sauce and more mini Kaiser rolls. For dessert, there will be mini moon pies, Texas blueberry pies, apple empanadas and blueberry caramels.
At half time, the occupants will be served warm Texas peach cobbler with mascarpone whipped cream.
