VH1 to Produce a TLC Biopic

VH1 is launching a crazy, sexy, cool new venture.

The cable network is producing a biopic about the 1990s trio TLC. The flick, which will explore the rise to fame of Chilli, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, will be the first in a series of music-themed biopics. Chilli and Watkins have also signed on as consultants and executive producers.

With behind the scenes rivalries, a bankruptcy, a house fire, and Lisa Lopes' untimely death, the TLC biopic promises to be must see TV. The only question left is who will play the "Waterfalls" gals. Leave your suggestions in the comments below!

The X Factor tackled Michael Jackson songs last night and Jackson's mother and three children were in attendance to, um, enjoy the show. Well, Katherine Jackson seemed like she was enjoying the performances but Prince, Paris, and Blanket looked mostly unimpressed. Blanket's face, in particular, was worth a thousand incoherent Paula Abdul words.

• Gloria Estefan may be bringing her conga to Glee. Entertainment Weekly reports that the pop diva is currently in negotiations with producers to play [SPOILER ALERT] Santana's mother. Will Ricky Martin (also rumored to be heading to Glee) get to sing a Gloria Estefan song? Por favor!

• TNT has released a sneak peek trailer for the new Dallas series. The next-generation reboot of the '80s soap will feature old favorites like Larry Hagman as J.R. and Patrick Duffy as Bobby, with Jesse Metcalf, Josh Henderson, and Jordana Brewster throwing some new hotness into the mix. Dallas strikes oil next summer.
