What sets this store apart from other fabric stores is that the space is divided into several 'rooms'. A nursery, kitchen (completely and delightfully retro), girl's room, boy's room (a log cabin), and laundry room (see photo of old washer filled with rolls of fabric). Tamey was incredibly creative when it came to uncovering vintage finds to use as display fixtures!
Tamey had quite a crew on hand today, to push the store towards its Saturday opening. I myself am exhausted but inspired. I am looking forward to my return trip to start shopping! Check out this new village and 'Aunt Tam's' at www.bgvillage.com.
