I'm a winner! and I made another tassel

A couple of weeks ago Gabrielle at Design Mom had a giveaway for some beautiful screenprints from Binth. Over 900 people entered, and I can't believe it, but I won!!!! Me. Really! I never win ANYTHING. I mean I. NEVER. WIN. ANYTHING! Seriously. So you can imagine how shocked I was when I found out that I won these beautiful prints. I waited until now to share my good fortune, because I didn't believe it until they actually arrived ;-) Check them all out!

It must have been that email I forwarded to my sisters about improving your karma. I never forward those things, but I liked this one, so I forwarded it to both of my sisters. It said my life would improve slightly if I forwarded it to between 1 and 5 people. There you have it. A slight improvement! I won a drawing! Only with these lovely prints, I think the improvement was more than slight. Thanks Gabrielle and Binth!

Now last week, some of you may recall, I attempted my first tassel. It turned out okay, but check out attempt #2! How cute is this little rooster? I heart him. I really went all out with the fringe this time, and I added some grosgrain ribbon. I'm really happy with the result. I had a lot of you tell me that making tassels is addictive. I can see it. I can really see it!
