Heartfelt Creations Botanical Floral Box

Today has been a very busy day but I found time this afternoon to create this pretty box using all the flowers in the Heartfelt Creations "Botanical Floral 1" and Botanical Floral 2" stamps sets.  There are six sizes of flowers in these two sets.  Each flower was white embossed on white card stock then sponged using Tim Holtz "Mustard Seed" Distress Ink and a large sponge dauber.  They were cut out with the matching "Rose Creations" Spellbinder dies.  Each flower has several different size flowers to create a lot of dimension.  The flowers were shaped with tools from the Flower Tool Kit.  I used the "Sparkle" punch to create the stamens for each flower.  Yellow Stickles was added to the center of each stamen.  The lace on the top of the box was cut using the Heartfelt Creations "Decorative Lace Border Die".  The flourish is the "Bella Rose Die". The matching stamps were used to veins to the leaves, but since I used the same color ink, it is really hard to see the stamped design in the photo.  The leaves were also shaped to give them dimension.   All Heartfelt Creations dies are manufactured by Spellbinders.  The pretty butterfly is from the "Bella Rose House PreCut set".  It was stamped on white card stock and sponged with yellow and orange inks, then Yellow Stickles added to give it a lot of sparkle.  A piece of lace was added around the top edge of the lid then one large flat-backed pearl added to each corner.

These are beautiful flower stamps and when you can use Spellbinder dies to cut them out, you can create beautiful projects with very little work.  As you know, all the products used on this project can be purchased from Joan's Gardens.  Have you been to Joan's blog to see all the new products she found at CHA?  I have a feeling we are going to have lots of new things to work with soon.  Have you seen any new products advertised that you would like for Joan to carry?  Just email or call Joan and I'm sure she will be able to get it for you.

Hope you will leave me a comment and let me know if you like my project today.  I always look forward to reading your comments.

Have a wonderful weekend.
