With the help of our outstanding realtor, Dave Scriven, (and the very appealing staging of our home), our home has sold and we have moved! Due to the crazy market conditions and some home builders in our area facing the threat of filing for chapter 11, we opted to buy a completed home rather than build. So the dream to build has been put on the back burner for now, but we are thrilled with our new home and even more thrilled with the extremely social neighborhood.
